MOSCOW, Feb 24 (PRIME) -- Russian discounter retailer Fix Price plans an initial public offering (IPO) of its global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the London Stock Exchange in March, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
“The final offering price will be set after formation of the bid book. We expect to get listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2021,” the statement read.
Earlier in February, Fix Price announced its plans to hold an IPO in London and get a secondary listing on the Moscow Exchange.
